Device description

A series of evaporation devices and vacuum devices for the food industry is the result of implementation of the results of R&D works obtained as a result of the completion of the PBS3/B6/32/2015 project, implemented under the Applied Research Program (NCBiR).

The implemented evaporation devices and vacuum devices are an innovative solution in the field of cooking and thickening of food products. The condensate return system, cooling water management and possibility of using post-cooling water reduce operating costs and make the device environmentally friendly. Innovative functions include: automatic search for the "boiling point", detection and prevention of excessive foaming, overpressure cooking of the product, cooling of the product directly in the vacuum device and control of the degree of product thickening and automatic end of the process. Upon request the working capacity and functions of the devices can be individually adapted to customer's needs and a type of products.

THE PROJECT WAS IMPLEMENTED WITH CO-FINANCING OF THE PARP UNDER POIR 3.2.1 "RESEARCH FOR THE MARKET". TITLE OF THE PROJECT "Implementation of the results of R&D works in order to market a series of evaporators and vacuum devices for the food industry."
