Description

The vertical autoclave is used in the food industry for pasteurization and sterilization of canned fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. It is also applied for other thermal operations within the given parameters and technical and operational requirements. It is intended mainly for institutes and company laboratories to test new recipes and select technological parameters on small batches of raw material.

The pasteurization and sterilization processes are carried out automatically, controlled by a microprocessor controller, which allows the selection of the most optimal parameters for the course of these processes. Individual phases can be visually observed on the graphical operator panel. A great convenience is the documentation of individual process phases with a graphic printout. Automation, which the autoclave is equipped with, ensures repeatability of sterilization parameters, and thus is able to guarantee a constant high quality of manufactured products. The autoclave can be equipped with the function and accessories for measuring Fo.
