Description
The melter is applied for melting fat cubes and keeping the product in a liquid state.
The device is distinguished by its compact design that can hold up to 300 kg of raw material to be melted at one time. As a standard, the device is built of a double-jacket tank with working capacity of 800L, a two-level grate, a double-jacket product pump and a filter. The lid of the melter is raised and lowered using pneumatic actuators. The system can be freely equipped with additional elements according to the customer's needs.
