Description
The fat melter unit is applied for melting fat cubes and keeping the product in a liquid state.
The unit is distinguished by its compact design that can hold up to 600 kg of raw material to be melted at one time in two tanks. As a standard, the device is built of two double-jacket tanks with working capacity of 800L each and two-level grates connected by a double-jacket product pump and a filter. The lid of the melter is raised and lowered using pneumatic actuators. The system can be freely equipped with additional elements according to the customer's needs.
