Description
The mass cooling table is used in the confectionery industry for cooling, seasoning and processing of milk and non-dairy caramel masses, jelly, etc. The table is made of stainless steel. Upon request it can be equipped with guides and a mass transport trolley type CWA12a. The device can be supplied with a cooling unit.
