Device description

The evaporator is designed for the production of sugar-free caramel masses, isomalt-based masses, milk sugar masses, non-dairy sugar masses and fat milk sugar masses.

The CWA43 universal evaporator is an innovative device. Its flexibility allows for cooking all the caramel masses and enrich them with a wide range of additives.

Thanks to application of continuous measurement of the mass compaction degree, which allows the process to be completed after reaching the appropriate dry mass content, the produced mass is reproducible in terms of taste, color and consistency. Dosing of additives in automatic mode and with high precision at specific temperature points or depending on the achieved dry matter content allow for even mixing of the mass and minimizing areas of excessive stagnation. The device is equipped with a heated stirrer and an automatic boiling point search system.
