Description

The evaporator is dedicated to production of jam either from fresh or frozen fruit as well as from fruit pulp. Production is based on cooking and adding of sugar, pectin and food acids. The evaporator is marked as WWA24.
Condenser is marked as WSA24 and condensate tank is marked as WZA89.
