Welding
Copper and its alloys welded in the following ways:
– manual gas welding in up-run and down-run positions in the thickness range of 2 and 30 mm
– manual down-run arc welding with the use of covered electrode in the thickness range of 6-10 mm
– manual down-run and up-run welding with the use of nonconsumable electrode in a shroud of inert TIG gas in the thickness range of 2-12 mm

Carbon Steel containing up to 0.25% of carbon welded in the following ways:
– manual welding in down-run position with the use of covered electrode in the thickness range of 2-25 mm
– semi-automatical welding with the use of consumable electrode in a shroud of activated MAG gases in the thickness range between 2- 25 mm
– automatical covered arc welding with the use of consumable electrode in the range of thickness between 6-25 mm, up-run and side-run positions
– manual hard soldering
– flash and resistance welding in the thickness range of joining material between 250-5000 mm²
Low-alloy and alloy steel with the total content of alloy material up to 3%, welded in the following ways:
– Manual welding in down-run, side-run, up-run positions with the use of covered electrode in the thickness range 2-25 mm
– semi-automatically with the use of consumable electrode in a shroud of activated MAG gases in the thickness range between 2-25mm and until the alloy coat is produced with the use of covered arc
– automatically with the use of consumable electrodes and covered arc in the range of thickness between 6-25 mm, up-run and side-run positions
High-alloy austenic stainless steel, acid-resistant steel welded in the following ways:
– manual arc welding in down-run, up-run, side run positions with the use of covered electrode in the thickness range of 3-40 mm
– manual welding in down-run position with the use of nonconsumable electrode, in a shroud of inert TIG gas in the thickness range of 1-12 mm
– semi-automatical welding in down-run, up-run, side-run positions with the use of consumable electrode in a shroud of inert MIG gases in the thickness range between 3-40 mm, until the alloy coat is produced with the use of covered arc
– automatical welding with the use of consumable electrodes and covered arc in the range of thickness between 6-40 mm, up-run and side-run positions
– manual hard soldering
– flash and resistance welding in the range of section of material of 250-1500 mm²
welding of aluminium and its alloys:
– manual welding in down-run position with the use of nonconsumable electrode, in a shroud of inert TIG gas in the thickness range of 2-16 mm
– metal sheets cutting – maximum thickness 70 mm
– cutting along straight lines or shape cutting according to templates
– photocell control
