Description
The continuous caramel evaporator is used in the confectionery industry for thickening by boiling, also under vacuum, the sugar-syrup solution until the final product is obtained, i.e. the caramel mass. Thanks to a microprocessor controller, the operation of the device is very simple and comes down to setting parameters of the controller.
