Description

The evaporator is the basic element of a technological line used in the confectionery industry for cooking and vacuum thickening of milk masses for production of sweets such as FUDGES, IRYS, TOFFI as well as water caramel and milk caramel. The device has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Products of high and repeatable quality are obtained from the machine. The operation of the evaporator is limited to preparation of solution in the upper kettles and the final concentration in the lower kettle. The evaporator is equipped with necessary control and measurement equipment enabling observation of the process. The evaporator is a pressurized device.
